Daily Routine of this Program…

In the 48-Day Wellness Challenge, your daily routine is crafted to nurture every aspect of your well-being. Here’s a breakdown of the daily practices:

Begin your day by assessing your current state, setting goals, and detoxifying your mind and body to pave the way for positive change.

Engage in a minimum of 40 minutes of yoga to enhance flexibility and inner peace, followed by 40 minutes of cardio to boost energy and mood, and 20 minutes of strength training to build muscle mass, increase metabolism, and improve overall health.

Dedicate 20 minutes in the morning to meditation for sharpening focus and reducing stress, and another 20 minutes in the evening for relaxation and improved sleep quality.

Focus on balanced, delicious, and nutritious foods to optimally fuel your body. Whether you’re already practicing healthy eating habits or eager to learn, we’re here to support you on your journey.

Prioritize drinking plenty of water and healthy beverages throughout the day to maintain optimal health and hydration levels.
